We have a team dedicated to authenticating each shoe and only work with the best and most trusted authenticators in the industry.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive another email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Due to the anonymous nature of the industry, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is that we are more than happy to buy them back at a later date

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are listed in Candian dollars (CAD).

Why was my credit card charged multiple times?

Your credit card company has put it on a hold for you. If your address information fails, then your payment will be declined. Your credit card company will release this hold in 2-7 business days depending on your bank.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is done processing, you will receive another email with your tracking number. You can track your order via Canada Post.
